Relax in our peaceful cabin with private waterfront access on Sibley Pond in Maine. Thoughtfully renovated with comfort in mind, our home has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and all the modern amenities you need for a lake getaway with the convenience of home. Create memories swimming in the pond steps from the house, dining on the deck, lounging in the hammock, enjoying s’mores fireside, or simply listening to the loons calling. Come work from home or enjoy some solitude with your loved ones! The space First floor has one bedroom with a king bed, and a full bathroom. Extra sleeping space available with the futon in the living room. Full kitchen stocked with basic spices, utensils, appliances and cookware. Open floor plan downstairs allows for easy views of the pond, whether loading the dishwasher, sitting down to dinner, or lounging on the couch. Puzzles and games for all ages and plenty of books located in the living room and upstairs bunk room. Second floor has 2 bedrooms (single over double bunk; double bed) and a half bath. Desk upstairs and Wi-Fi throughout allows you to easily work from home. Outdoor space includes deck with table and seating for 6, additional chairs to sit and enjoy the view, a hammock steps towards the water, and a dock for easy lake access, fishing, or star-gazing. New fire pit in front with view of the water. Kayaks and fishing poles available for use. Please read house rules before booking. Approximately 1 hour 45 min to Acadia National Park. Guest access Guests have access to the whole cabin and private lakefront. Other things to note While the water is safe for brushing teeth, showering, rinsing fruits/vegetables and cooking, per Maine CDC we use bottled water for drinking, ice, coffee/tea, juices and formula.
