Modern building from 2013 with top standard of sound insulation, ventilation and fire safety. 3rd floor with elevator. The space The home is located in a stairwell with 6-7 apartments per floor. Very well soundproofed. The backyard is closed, with three entrance gates/doors from the street. Guest access Hallway, two bathrooms, one bedroom, open living room and kitchen solution, balcony and backyard. There are several benches and tables in the backyard where you can eat and drink. Parts of or the entire backyard has sunlight from 8 am to 7 pm. Other things to note Two children's rooms (facing the street) are closed off during the rental stay. Clothes storage in the hallway; drawers and clothes hangers.
