Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Located 5 minutes from the Vierzon-Est highway exit, on the bike path along the canal between Vierzon and Mehun-sur-Yèvre. Recently renovated outbuilding on our property with a private entrance, dry toilet, fenced green spaces, and private parking. Located 3 minutes from shops, 10 minutes from Vierzon where you will find a cinema, bowling, restaurants, and a market on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. Visit the cellars of Quincy, Reuilly, Sancerre, Mennetou-Salon... The space On the ground floor, a small covered terrace that gives access to the main room including an equipped kitchen, TV, pellet stove, shower room and dry toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a 90 x 190 cm bed and a 90 x 200 cm convertible futon armchair, storage for clothes. Guest access We live on site, no worries for a late arrival, we will welcome you as much as possible, otherwise a lockbox is available. You have access to green spaces, private and secure parking.
