What to expect: An inclusive and Private Studio for yourself with patio and BBQ. You also have access to common surroundings such as Parking, Hot Tub and large fenced backyard. Pets are welcome too for a one time $50 fee at time of booking. The space Hello, my name is Art and I put considerable thought and care into every detail to ensure that “Art’s Studio” is vacation ready. The studio is 600 square feet and is very spacious for two adults. There is an air mattress available for extra guests. Also, it is located on a 2-acre parcel (completely fenced for your fur babies) with a private patio and access to plenty of parking (Except in Front of the 2 car Door), common hot tub (Closes at 10 p.m.) and BBQ that will make your stay very enjoyable! In general, the main sleeping area has a beautiful King size bed with a dining nook off the side next to a full kitchen (I try to keep the kitchen well stocked with all the normal baking and cooking wares) to include lots of closet and cabinet space. TV has streaming apps available (such as Amazon/Hulu/Netflix/Etc.) when using your accounts. There are two comfortable reclining chairs to add to your entertainment enjoyment!! If you want a meticulously clean property with gorgeous new decor, high quality bedding, and more, then this is the rental for you! This beautiful studio is located next to the Hwy 99 freeway that gives access many golf courses, casinos, wineries, rivers and lakes. It is also located less than three miles from Lodi Airport, which offers flight instructions and skydiving. With Golf Courses nearby and Comanche Reservoir 30 minutes away, Jackson Rancheria Casino 45 minutes away and the Moaning Caverns (With Zip Lines) just a little over an hour away, you will have plenty activities to keep you busy. Also, every Tuesday and Wednesday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. there is the Galt Flee Market just 5 minuets away with free parking. No smoking, vaping, incense, open cannabis buds, etc that would affect the breathing conditions inside the studio are allowed! Since this is an exclusive and private setting, outside guests must be pre authorized by the host and absolutely no parties. Guest access Guests have access to the hot tub from 6am to 10pm but with no life guard available. Also the patio table, bbq grill and back yard is free to use. Other things to note There is a small window of time between check-out/check-in, so I need time for cleaning in order for the place is ready for the next guest and late check-outs cannot be accepted. Also, do not leave valuables in your vehicle or in the unit. Although video monitoring is utilized around the exterior, the Host is not responsible for personal belongings being lost, stolen, or left behind. Security Surveillance is for added security only and are not present indoors or expectations of privacy areas but are located to monitor the front of the studio to include the main entrance and parking.
