Ideal for couples, families or groups, and the house is equipped for cooking. 🌳 Ahead, a quiet square; 🚶‍♂️ Easy parking on the house grounds; 🏖️ Enjoy the excellent location to explore everything Porto has to offer. The house is only a 3-minute walk to the beach and close to shops, Vila de Porto, the boardwalk and the famous natural pools. Explore everything on foot! House Details: First floor with space for 2 cars Leisure area with barbecue and shower 2 Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Air conditioning, 55" Smart TV, double bed, single bed, wardrobe and dresser. Bedroom 2: Double bed, 3 single beds, fans, dresser and bathroom. Extra bed in the downstairs part of the house, accessible to all Full kitchen with: social bathroom, sink, refrigerator, water filter, 4-burner stove, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, table with 6 chairs, cabinets and household utensils. Terrace with rectangular wooden table and 6 chairs to enjoy good times. We do not offer meals. Come and enjoy the best of Porto de Galinhas in a quiet and welcoming atmosphere. 🌅 Other things to note ⚠️ Important Information: - The garden area is shared with two other houses I own, which I don't usually rent at the same time. - Energy consumption will be charged separately (R$ 1.80 per kWh. The meter is read together with the guest at check-in and check-out and paid at checkout. - If the number of people exceeds the number informed at the time of booking on the website, you will pay a daily fine of R$ 100 per person in excess. During the stay: Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and fans when leaving the accommodation. At checkout: Please turn off all lights and appliances except the refrigerator and freezer. Make sure all windows and doors are securely closed.
