The spacious house on three floors offers a large green garden, two terraces for grilling and relaxing, and fields for long walks start right behind the house. On cold days, the fireplace and sauna warm you up. It is not far for excursions to Weimar, Erfurt, Jena, Naumburg, Burgenland... The space The detached single-family home is quietly located and offers plenty of space over 3 floors. Three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom are on the 2nd floor; the sauna and shower room are in the basement. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, dining and living room, a toilet, and a fourth room with a fold-out sofa bed for a 7th person. The price per night is all-inclusive: bed linens and towels are provided and included, as are sauna use, firewood, electricity, etc. Guest access Separate entrance to the house, two guest keys Other things to note In the house there are stairs to the first floor and to the basement - there are no child safety locks. Also at the outside staircase to the basement, see photos. There are no other child safety devices on sockets, fireplace in the living room or the like in the house. Safety when staying with children is your responsibility. A child seat is available in the house, as well as an additional folding mattress in case more kids come along. Dogs can be brought along on request, but the property is not fenced. There is one cat who is our dear permanent guest when we ourselves are in the house.
