It has 1 Queen bed in bedroom downstairs and 1 Queen bed + 1 Full bed in Loft. 1 air bed upon request It has a smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi. ,Two kayaks (3 seats), a pedal boat for guests to use. parking for (3) cars. Minutes to the town of Eatonville with restaurants & shops. Only a 45 minute drive to Mt. Raine The space This is a 2 level property. The property has a bedroom downstairs with 1 queen bed and a full kitchen. It has a loft that can be reached by a spiral staircase and it has 2 beds. The property has a deck that you can reach using the back sliding door. The backyard has a firepit. The dock on the lake can be reached by using the gates at the back yard. You have the beautiful lake view from the deck as well. If you open all the blinds you can enjoy the lake view from inside as well. The coffee table in the living room can be configured to be used as a dining or working table, It has a standing shower in the bathroom Guest access You can use the entire property except the porch on the roof (not safe) and the storage shed. Bring your ski boat and watercrafts and enjoy a day full of watersport adventures! There is a public boat ramp conveniently located about a six-minute drive from the lake house. Once your boat is in the water you can keep it at your very own private dock for your entire visit. Motorized vessels are permitted on Ohop Lake from 11:00am-3:30 every day! Non-motorized (and motorized) vessels with a rate of speed of 8mph or less are permitted on Ohop Lake all hours from dawn until dusk. Our fishing and swimming enthusiasts benefit greatly from the peace and tranquility Ohop Lake offers during all hours of the day, but especially during our morning and late afternoon/evening hours! Bring your swimwear, trolling motors, kayaks, and smiles! We hope you cherish the peace and tranquility by the lake as much as we do! Other things to note When near the water body please take all precausions to be safe. You have 2 kayaks available for use. One 2 seater and 1 single seater. Please wear life jacket when using kayaks and make sure the kids if any are monitered closely and have them wear life jacket when access to the lake is there for them. Our private dock invites you to cast a line and immerse yourself in the therapeutic art of fishing. Fishing is open year-round (WA State requires fishing license for age 15+) and Rainbow Trout, Largemouth Bass, Bluegill, Black Crappie, and Brown Bullhead, and Perch can all be found in Ohop Lake. Don’t forget to bring your fishing poles! *Liability Waiver: Campfires, swimming, and the use of any watercrafts are at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty, and you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising during you stay at Ohop Lake Escape and hold the Property Owner, Host, harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that campfires, swimming, and watercrafts may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming or using watercrafts if a person has health risks, or while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for all accidents or injury that may occur inside or outside the home. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owners, the host for accidents or claims regarding any and all incidents that may occur on the property. All Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirmation by booking this home constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between all Guests, the host , the Property Owners.
