The space BEDROOM: The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with professionally cleaned linen and ample wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. Please restock these items based on your usage and length of stay. KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped for home-cooked meals with a fridge/freezer, stovetop, microwave, oven, crockery, cutlery, and a dishwasher. We offer a basic selection of breakfast items, such as milk, coffee, and tea. For longer stays, guests will need to purchase additional food items. LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a smart TV in the living room, where you can log into your own Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note: We do not provide subscriptions to these or other streaming services. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer, plus an iron and ironing board, are available for your use. PARKING: The garage accommodates 1 car. Additional street parking is available for $3 per hour. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge Your keys are stored off-site 1km (5 mins drive) from the property. Other things to note Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products.
