The WoodStone: Atypical Stone & Wood Accommodation

Between Lake and Mountains, Beautiful atypical accommodation of 160 m² all stone and wood with a beautiful view of Lake Geneva. You will have 3 bedrooms with double beds, a single bed in the living room, as well as a scalable crib in one of the 3 bedrooms. The living spaces lend themselves perfectly to group living. The space On the ground floor, a large kitchen-dining area awaits you. (Dolce Gusto machine, toaster, kettle, multi-pancake party, raclette and fondue machines are at your disposal). Upstairs, a spacious living room ideal for evenings with friends or family (board games available), a bathroom and two bedrooms. On the second floor, you will enjoy a large bedroom as well as a mezzanine perfect for a moment of reading and relaxation. (A TV is available to connect your computer, but it does not pick up TV channels.) An outdoor area is reserved for you to enjoy the sun and calm. A barbecue and outdoor furniture are at your disposal. Near the accommodation, many activities are available to you. The accommodation is located at the foot of the Col de Cou and the Habère-Poche ski resort where there are many hiking trails. You will be 10 minutes from Lake Geneva and Sciez beach and 15 minutes from Excenevex sandy beach. For the more athletic, several recreational/water sports centers offer kayak, paddle, windsurfing, catamaran rentals, etc. Rafting, hydrospeed, mountain biking will also be available. Climbing and via ferrata sites are also accessible. Guest access Self check-in possible thanks to a key box. 2 parking spaces. Other things to note Ideally located to enjoy visiting the cities of Thonon-les-Bains (15 min), Geneva and its magnificent water jet (35 min), Evian-les-Bains (25 min), Chamonix (1 hr), Annecy (45 min) and even Lausanne with a boat trip. Linens for each bed are provided. Towels not provided. To avoid cleaning fees, tenants are asked to leave the listing in the same condition as when they entered it. If not, or if they wish, there will be an extra charge for cleaning.
