Glamping, anyone?! Located on 4 acres just 10 miles from downtown Athens, this new 2023 Heartland Mallard has everything for the excitement of camping with the modern luxuries of RV living. The site is surrounded by tons of acres of open farmland and forest, making it a private oasis just minutes from excellent restaurants, nightlife, breweries and all things UGA! Looking for hiking? You’re just miles away from state parks! Get away your way…not the hotel way!! The space The 2023 Heartland Mallard is the perfect space for a couple or two friends traveling together. The camper has a king-sized bed with a memory foam mattress, dinette seating, two recliners, TV w/ built-in DVD player, propane 3 burner stove, air fryer oven, microwave, large sink, refrigerator, shower with high pressure nozzle, and awning with a private outdoor space. There is a bluetooth radio inside the camper where you can play music both inside and outside. The owners live on the property in the log cabin, but the camper has its own secluded area and parking space. It consists of a full hook-up, which includes central heat/air, water, and sewer. Guest access Guests can use any space near the camper, including the fire pit, table and chairs, and grill. The key is in the lockbox that will be mounted on the same pole as the electric hook-up. The owners will text the code 3 hours prior to check-in. Other things to note We do have 4 pups of our own who may be out and about throughout the day. You may hear our coonhound do her early morning howl when she wakes up to go potty in the morning. If you would prefer the dogs be contained to our pool area, please let us know in advance. Also no parties are allowed on the property. We do allow alcoholic beverages but ask that you don't bring glass bottles outside. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8AM.
