Hill Hut is nestled in a beautiful sunken garden surrounded by open countryside with stunning views across the Bure valley and beyond. The perfect romantic hideaway at any time of year with wonderful walks straight from your garden to the surrounding area and the National Trust Blickling estate. Private entrance and parking, luxurious comfort, dog friendly, peaceful and secluded, sheltered behind an unused barn. The real world seems far away. The space Hill Hut is newly built, super insulated, double glazed, heated by electric oil radiators, bathroom with underfloor heating, sitting room with wood burner. The property comprises of a bedroom and bathroom, kitchenette with seating area and an additional sitting room/office in a separate cabin with wood burner on the upper terrace. Bedroom with king sized bed, Egyptian cotton sheets, radiator, hanging space, shelving, shoe rack and pop up Smart TV (Netflix, Apple TV, Samsung TV, all main channels + access to your own accounts/apps). Bathroom fully fitted with underfloor heating, basin, shower, flushing loo. Kitchenette with seating area, 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, expresso machine, table & chairs, radiator + all mod cons. There is a separate cabin on the upper terrace with a sitting room/office, beautiful views, wood burner, sofa, big comfy chairs, a desk and outside lights. A great chill out zone. Woodland garden with fire pit, BBQ, hammock, outside hot & cold shower and sun loungers. Private entrance and parking. Good WiFi and USB sockets throughout. If you want a digital detox please let us know and we will switch it off. Stunning panoramic views. Great country walks and bike routes. 1 mile from the National Trust Blickling Hall Estate. 8 miles from a selection of great beaches. NB: Hill Hut is a 60m walk from the parking area down a lit path and steps. A wheelbarrow is provided to help transport luggage, shopping etc. Wheelchair access is therefore difficult. Other things to note Hill Hut is surrounded by stock fencing and dog secure. WiFi is hardwired throughout and stable at 32-36Mbps. Logs for the outside fire pit and sitting room wood burner are provided free of charge. In very hot and dry conditions the fire pit may be removed due to fire risk in the surrounding fields. We are in a conservation area close to National Trust land. On booking you automatically join the Hill Hut Magpie Club as a condition of our Natural England operating license.
