Old charm with a fresh breeze in the manor house

Our old estate is located in the middle of Rügen. We have freshly renovated a cozy apartment in the manor house. On Reischvitz, it is really dark and really quiet in the evening. A treat! When you open the window to the park, the birds wake you up in the morning. Reischvitz invites you to take wonderful walks around the park. From here, you can reach the Bodden in 10 minutes with a sandy beach and enchanting sunset. Or in 5 minutes at the Störtebeker Festival. The Baltic Sea beach is 20 minutes away. The space Via the pretty Art Nouveau entrance you reach the raised ground floor and then the 1st floor... There lies the apartment partly with beautiful views of the park. In the subtly colored bedroom with two single beds next to each other and good mattresses, you can sleep wonderfully. In the large well-equipped kitchen with 2-burner stove and new combi microwave, everything can be prepared. It is cozy to sit in the adjoining living room. We have hidden the TV in the old secretary. Here, the sofa can also be folded out to a bed with an integrated mattress of 140 × 200 m, so that 1-2 people can sleep there well. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. If you like, you can put a table in the park, bring the grill and dine outside. Most people prefer to sleep in their own bed linens. Please bring yours. If you wish, you can book a laundry package for € 10 per person. Towels are provided for everyone. No tourist tax. Guest access We have a co-working space that can be booked on an hourly or daily basis. In front of the house there is a bench under roses for the cappuccino time. You can walk around the park, put a garden table and chairs in front of the meadow, borrow the grill, play table tennis or Viking chess, etc. There are plenty of free parking spaces in front of the house. Other things to note Our two Labradors often lie in front of the house in the sun.
