The upstairs unit is a separate rental with its own private front entrance and uses the driveway for parking. PRIVATE ENTRANCE Access the guest suite through a dedicated side entrance with Smart Lock self check-in for a seamless arrival. PARKING Guest Suite uses free street parking. Other things to note A few helpful details to know before booking: ACCESSIBILITY The guest suite is accessed by stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. SEPARATE UPSTAIRS UNIT The upstairs unit is a separate rental with its own private entrance and driveway. There are no shared interior spaces. You may or may not hear occasional normal household sounds, such as footsteps. COOLING The guest suite is cooled with portable air-conditioning units and fans during warmer months. TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN The guest suite has not been childproofed and is accessed by stairs. Because of this, we do not recommend it for families with infants or toddlers. Southern Utah University and the Utah Shakespeare Festival are approximately a 13-15 minute walk, or 0.7 miles, from the guest suite. Downtown Cedar City is also within easy walking distance. 3. Is parking included? Yes. Free street parking is available directly in front of the home.
