Ye olde red lion is a 5 minute drive away. Both pubs serve food and drinks throughout the week. Ivy Farm is close by which is a lovely local farm shop doing food 7 days a week they have some of their own animals which you can see. Being in Lincolnshire the property has numerous local walks nearby you are never far away from a public footpath. The property is a 15 minute drive from Springfield designer outlet at Spalding. The city of Lincoln is around 40/45 minutes away and the city of Peterborough is 41 minutes both by car. The train station in Boston is 15 minutes away or Spalding's 18 minutes away if you wish to travel by train. If you wish to visit the beach you are on the East Coast and there are various beaches that you can drive to between 30/45 minutes away. The property is in a perfect location for Golf having various golf clubs close by including the home of England golf Woodhall Spa which is 30 minutes away.
