Guest access The whole house and all of its spaces are for all guests to enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay. During your stay Although not inside the house all the time, I will always be available to attend to any guest needs, either myself or a member of my team. Communication will be open and fluid at all times. Other things to note Entrance: Full autonomous entrance. Before your arrival, you´ll be provided with a code for main entrance and a code for a safety box containing your pre-programed room-door access card. Garage: Automatic Door Garage Space is limited to 4 cars, subject to availability and with an extra cost of $50/day, $250/week or $750/month. Remote Control will be provided with a $1,000 refundable deposit. Parking: If Garage is already full or even if you decide by your own will to leave your car outside, please park it across the street where there is plenty of free space. By any chance or circumstance should you leave your car just outside the house blocking out the garage doors. Kitchen: Equipment and utensils are free for all, just one rule: clean everything you use and put it back where you found it. Fridge and freezer are shared spaces, please be sensitive and respectful. TV Room: Comfortable shared space. Volume must keep low. Cleaning Service: • Common areas cleaning service is included in your fee. • One room cleaning service prior to your arrival in short stays (less than 1 week). • Mandatory weekly room cleaning service for long stays (more than 1 week), with an extra cost of $200/week including linen and towels laundry. Laundry: Chip Coin Washing and Drying Machine with a $100 fee (2 coins / $50 each) per load (soap, softener and freshener not included).
