This beach themed condo overlooks the courtyard and features free WIFI, a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need for an amazing vacation. Shops, dining and entertainment are all close by and it's less than 5 mins to the stunning beaches on Okaloosa Island and under 10 miles to Destin or Navarre Beaches. The space The condo is a corner unit on the second floor of the complex and overlooks the cedar trees and courtyard. Inside you'll find a lovely one bedroom, ocean themed condo with a spacious living room, one bath fully equipped kitchen and balcony. *The living room has a sleeper couch, flat screen TV, and Hop up dining bar. Netflix and Amazon Prime are included! * King size bed in the bedroom, closet, dresser, nightstands and a flat screen TV. *The bathroom has a tub/shower combo with towels, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries provided. *The kitchen is well equipped with many necessities needed for your stay, including a full size stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender and coffee maker. We also provide all dishes, glasses, mugs, silverware, pots, pans and utensils. Guest access The condo is for your party's exclusive use. Our guests have access to two free sit on ocean kayaks, (with paddles and life jackets) and all the complex amenities including the pool, fishing dock, waterfront area, outdoor BBQ grills, picnic tables, kayak launch, small beach, laundry room and pool house. Free Parking: Park anywhere in the parking lot, there is no assigned parking. Trailers or RV’s of any kind are not allowed. A Visitor parking pass is provided in the condo - please hang in your car to prevent towing and ensure it is returned at the end of your stay to avoid a $25 charge. Elevators are available, if you prefer not to use the stairs. Other things to note *A Security camera monitors the outside of the front door for security - no sound feed at any time. *All guests must be registered prior to arrival. *Our Balcony is OPEN! (As of 6/13/25) * Please pardon our dust! Some renovation work is taking place in the complex walkways. Some dust and noise may be present during daytime hours between 8-5 Mon- Fri. * No smoking and no Pets.
