As such, our staff is given the day off from Friday at sundown to Saturday at sundown. To ensure your comfort: 🔹 Housekeeping will leave out extra linen and towels on Friday evening. 🔹On request, housekeeping may return after sundown on Saturday to refresh the space, linens and towels. 🔹Saturday's breakfast and lunch are prepared on Friday evening and refrigerated for you to reheat. 🔹Saturday's dinner is freshly prepared after sundown. During Sabbath hours, you have the following options: 1- Wait until after sunset for regular service to resume. 2- Make a special request for chef services during the Sabbath, which may be accommodated at your discretion for a fee of JM $10,000, paid directly to the chef (the owner does not cover services rendered during this period). 3- Dine out and enjoy nearby restaurants during Sabbath hours.
