The Clos du Marronnier studio

Le Clos du Marronnier is a typical Bessin farmhouse, located at the entrance to the village of Moulins-en-Bessin. We work there with our horses (teaching and equicoaching) and do permaculture. Your independent, freshly renovated studio is on the first floor of one of the houses. Note that it overlooks the street, has an atypical entrance (low door to keep an engraved lintel at the dawn of the landing) and a miller staircase (steep) to access the sleeping area. The space Your accommodation is an independent studio that adjoins our residential house. It is 25 m² + the mezzanine where the sleeping area is located (140 cm bed, sheets provided). The living room is spacious and has an equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, oven/microwave). The toilet is located in the shower room. We provide bath towels for you. Access is via an independent staircase and is self-check-in, allowing you to arrive whenever you want. Pets are welcome, provided the accommodation is left clean! Guest access The farmhouse overlooks the street, but the entrance is through the private courtyard. The studio, on the first floor, has a small terrace at the foot of the stairs. You can also access the entire garden, where you will find tables, chairs, deck chairs, a barbecue... Feel free to move them around as you see fit. You might meet us there, watering the vegetables or riding horses. And you will definitely come across our feline friends there! Other things to note You will find in the kitchen: - Piston coffee maker - coffee, tea, sugar - olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper The nearest shops (grocery, bakery, restaurant, tobacconist, post office, hairdresser, etc.) are in Creully, a 5-minute drive away. Linens and towels are provided.
