Snug Hills House

Relax with the family or getaway with friends to this secluded and exclusive self-cater holiday home nestled amongst the untouched wilderness on the north western coastline of Kangaroo Island. A 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern home completed in 2016 provides a perfect platform to marvel at wildlife in their natural habitat and gaze to the horizon beyond the ocean and rolling hills of Demole Farm. As guests you are one of few to access Kangaroo Beach, a pristine cove of turquoise water. The space Snug Hills House has 3 ocean facing bedrooms, each can be prepared with a King bed or 2 x single beds. The 4th room is set up as an additional lounge area/children nock with a fold out sofa bed available. 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating are available, one with shower over bath and the other with a walk-in shower. A great open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with wood fire provides perfect comfort for up to 7 guests. Guest access Snug Hills House is located on private property (Demole cattle farm) and as guests you are one of few to access secluded Kangaroo Beach (4km drive from Snug Hills House). Beautiful scenery and walks are right on your front door. You will be nestled amongst wildlife including Kangaroo's, Wallaby's and Possums's on dawn and dusk. Other things to note You will need to book the passenger/vehicle ferry via Sealink or fly to Kingscote Airport with Qantas and hire a car from there (Budget or Hertz are the available options). Please note you will travel on unsealed roads in and out of Snug Hills House.
