A luxurious and smart 1 bedroom penthouse apartment on the top floor of a newly built gated complex, which is centrally and ideally located on the outskirts of New Kingston (less than 3 mins). It is fully furnished with high-end furniture, appliances and amenities. The complex is manned by security guards at the gate (24 hrs) and has access controls to the residences. The apartment is designed and suited for Adults and Children over 12 years old. The space Sunrise@ The Bromptons is a luxurious penthouse apartment which is centrally located within very close proximity and/or easy access to New Kingston, Half Way Tree, Downtown Kingston, Norman Manley International Airport, Liguanea, the National Stadium, universities (UWI Mona, UTech, UCC, etc.), shops, restaurants and bars (e.g. South Beach Cafe), historic sites (Devon House, Kings House, Jamaica House, Bob Marley Museum) hospitals, banks (NCB Towers, Scotia Oxford Road), embassies (US, Canadian, Chinese, French, German), the main business districts (New Kingston and Downtown), Carnival's Bacchanal Jamaica Mas Camp... to name a few. The complex features 57 apartments with mostly covered assigned parking, 6 floors with elevator and stair access. It has electronic entry and exit gates which are maned 24 hours 7 days a week, backup generator for the common areas and specific outlets in each apartment. There are underground water storage tanks. ***The apartment is suited for Adults and Children 13 years and older as the apt is not designed for persons under age 13*** *** ⚠️ The shared pool will be closed between the period 21 October to 15 December 2025 to effect repairs. This allows the apartment to sleep up to 4 persons. ***Additional guest charge applies per person per night when more than 2 guest are staying in the apartment*** - Bedside storage ottoman - Bedside lamps with power outlets - Reclining accent chair in the living room - Living room side table with power and USB outlets - 2 full bathrooms (one downstairs and one upstairs) - Washer and dryer inside the apartment - 24 Hour security in an enclosed complex - 24 Hour checkin for you business travelers, with self check-in option - Smart TV which has YouTube, Netflix, etc. in bedroom AND living room (own Netflix subscription required) - Cable with High Definition (HD) - High speed wireless Internet (100MB) with a mesh Wi-Fi System for maximum performance and no weak WIFI spots. - Work desk with built-in power outlets and LED desk lamp - High quality wooden clothes hangers - Configurable closet shelves with shoe rack - Luggage rack so you don't have to access your suitcase from the floor - Full kitchen with all essential appliances (stove, microwave, blender, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, dinnerware, glassware, etc.) - Free assigned parking - Privacy roller shades in the bedroom - Hair dryer in the bathroom - Iron with ironing board Our objective is to anticipate your every need. Guest access Outside the apartment guests are welcome to use the facilities available to residents of the complex. Inside the apartment, guest will have full access, with the exception of the storage closet at the back of the bathroom, which is reserved for supplies for the apartment. Other things to note *** ⚠️ The shared pool will be closed between the period 21 October to 15 December 2025 to effect repairs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to your stay*** The AC is free to use while you are inside the apartment. However, when leaving/away from the apartment (e.g. to go out) the AC unit should be turned off to conserve energy while it is not being used. If you wish for the AC unit to remain on while you are away from the apartment (e.g. to always keep the apartment cool), an additional fee of $35 per day will apply All automated systems are in place to save energy and provide convenience. However, let us know and we will adjust them to meet your needs. Operating hours apply for the pool and gym area. Refer to signage at the complex for current hours. We provide our guest with starter essential supplies. This includes toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel/shampoo combo, paper towel, dishwashing liquid, etc. When these starter suppliers are depleted, there are close-by supermarkets where guest can purchase and replenish the supplies. A standard set of towels and and a single set linens are provide during the stay. We provide access to our washing machine and dryer to allow guest to clean and reuse these items. Note: Guest will have to purchase their own washing soap (liquid only) and bleach.
