The Blue House Boat, a Sausalito retreat

Our quiet and peaceful House Boat is on a Marina on the San Francisco Bay on the shores of Sausalito. It is a unique experience to live on a boat and experience the Bay up front: smells of the ocean, views to the water & the mountains in the distance. Our floating retreat comfortably accommodates 8 guests in 3 bedrooms, 3-bathrooms. We make available an electric piano, harpsichord and drums. More: 3-decks, 3-kayaks and a pier (for SUP). 28-days or longer stays only. A cat lives here. The space The light is special on the Marina. Light comes from all sides as our house boat is wrapped in windows and portholes! You have views to the water from every room! Our house boat layout includes kitchen, living room and 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor of the House Boat, 2 of which are suites. All bathrooms feature a shower and sink. There is a complete kitchen with all amenities, and an island that provides ample counter space and separates it from the living room. Our deck allows for some R+R with expansive views of the immediate surroundings but also to the hills of Marin County and the City skylight in the distance. And we also have a small garden on our floating paradise. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house boat. Other things to note Gentle reminder that if you're allergic to cats - this may not be the place for you. Leo, the cat, is an indoor/outdoor fluffy love ball with auto water and dry food feeders, i.e. low maintenance and high love factor. You can launch a SUP from our 50ft finger pier and use our 3 kayaks! For everyone's safety, NO fires or open-flame candles, please.
