Cozy little cabin nestled in the hills, with breath taking views, yet only 5mins from the CBD. The cabin is fully furnished and self-contained with two bedrooms that sleep up to 5 people. Open planned kitchen and lounge, a spacious bathroom and laundry, with secured and fenced backyard. There is also access to the kids playground and open paddock behind the house, with a gated access to explore the hill behind the house. The property offers ample parking (for up to 3 cars and trailer) The space This is a cozy 2 bedder, you will step into a open plan lounge/kitchen area. On left you have a larger of the two bedroom with three single beds, separated by a study table, the room also has built-in with two windows allowing plenty of cross ventilation. Coming out of that room straight ahead you have the second bedroom, which is smaller with one queen bed. This bedroom has one window over looking the hill behind the house, it also has a tallboy for storage. Right next to the 2nd bedroom you have an extra large bathroom/toilet with fully equipped laundry. There is also access to a private, fenced backyard. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the size of the house, we allow only small to medium size pets in the house. While the property has vast open spaces in front and the back, the cottage itself has a small private fenced yard. Guest access Apart from the cabin, you can access the backyard, including the kids play area (note: Currently we are looking at laying a new surface for the play area). In relation to parking, you should be able to park 2 vehicles in front of the cabin, with an additional parking spot between the cabin and the other house. Other things to note There are two driveways to the property, guests are welcome to use both the driveway, but please DO NOT block either.
