NOT whole house, hosts & 3 cats live here. 3 bedrooms, 3 private bathrooms, NO kitchen.Enjoy a stylish experience at this central-located home.Lovely quiet neighborhood w/beautiful back forest view near Indiana Dunes Natl Pk. Beaches 15 min away by car especially Indiana Dunes for sun & hiking. Chicago is 40 min W if you want the big city life of theatre, sports, restaurants, & shopping or Michigan 40 E for wineries, small town shopping & eats. Security cameras outside by garage, backyard, front The space NOT whole house. NO Kitchen access. 3 bedrooms 3 private bathrooms are for your stay. Upper level-2 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms. Upper Windows look out to street. Upper Level has ceiling fans in each room, new vinyl flooring, mini-fridge in each room, & microwave in upper hallway. Themes: Surf decor in queen bedroom with twin ensuite. Safari decor in queen room ensuite. Lower level-1 bedroom 1 bathroom: Beach theme. Lower windows look out to Valley. Lower level windows can open but MUST stay closed to stay cool in the room and to not damage valuables due to heat. Lower level has portable fan, tile and laminate wood floor, mini-fridge and your own microwave. **Hosts & 3 cats live in home. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom. Drawers and hangars in rooms. Windows open but should stay closed for best use of A/C and heat. All rooms have coffee and keurig style single cup coffee makers, coffee, tea, condiments, plates, coffee cups, water glasses, plastic utensils. Guest access Access to keypad upon arrival. Locks on bedroom doors. During your stay You can always reach me thru the Airbnb app. I will get back to you As soon as I can. In Emergency call my cell or Mikes located near microwave on upper level and near mini fridge on lower level. Other things to note We have 2 Maine Coon cats, & 1 rescue cat all very friendly. Do NOT let the Maine Coons outside or feed them. They little grey cat can go in and out. If you go to the beach, upon return, please use the hose outside to rinse your feet off as to not clog the tub and track it allover the house. There is a bike/walking trail near our house that you can walk to in 15 min or by car in 2 minutes. The trail is in Imagination Glen Park which also has fishing, playground, sand volleyball court, soccer fields and softball fields.
