Welcome to your Shore Oasis! Enjoy this 1 bedroom- 1 bathroom oceanfront condo located on the 1st floor in the Seascape complex. The condo offers a private balcony, keyless entry, and a sleeper sofa for an additional 2 guests. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening drink on the lovely, covered balcony. The space When entering the unit you will be met with a spacious living room space. The living room space offers a queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and balcony slider door. Off the living room, you are met with a kitchen. It is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker and everything you need to make a a meal. Between the living room and kitchen, will be a small hallway which leads to a bathroom with a washer and dryer in hallway closet. On the other end of the hallway leads to the bedroom. The bedroom has a king bed for your sleeping arrangements, large window to enjoy the view and balcony access. Equipped with a dresser, and walk in closet to unpack and make yourself at home. We supply linens for the king bed in the bedroom, sleeper sofa linens can be rented upon request for an additional fee. The deck is a great place to have coffee and watch the sunrise or maybe just catch the surfers later in the day while sipping a margarita. If the timing is right, you will be treated to an absolutely stunning moonrise over the ocean. Guest access You will have be able to enjoy the entire one bedroom condo to yourself with a private oceanfront balcony with access from the living room and bedroom! Other things to note There are 2 parking passes provided for the unit. There is additional over flow parking across the street around the Salmon Colored building labeled 'Courtyard at Seascape'. The pool is also located across the street between the 'Courtyard at Seascape' buildings. They offer some pool loungers and tables. There is also a smaller charcoal community grill outside the pool gates for guest use. (Charcoal is not provided).
