The space This cozy home features a spacious master bedroom with a luxurious king bed and a second bedroom with a comfortable queen bed. Both rooms are designed for restful nights, with Tuft & Needle beds and AC in both rooms (during summer). The shared full bathroom was recently redone with new granite countertops. The large, newly renovated kitchen is a chef's dream, with beautiful granite countertops and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, including an induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll have lots of space and supplies to make whatever you need. The central combined living and dining room is perfect for relaxation and socializing. Enjoy a selection of books, games, and puzzles for cozy evenings in, as well as a large mounted tv and plenty of seating. This property is located on 2/3 of an acre, giving you lots of space away to enjoy. The expansive lawn in the backyard is a highlight, featuring lawn games and Adirondack chairs. It's the perfect spot for family fun, outdoor dining, or simply soaking up the sun. Throughout the house, you will see prints from local watercolor artist Lyn Snow. A 5 minute drive takes you to beautiful beaches, scenic state parks for hiking, and the vibrant downtown Rockland. Explore local shops, dine at fantastic restaurants, and visit the world renowned museums. Pet Policy: We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets to our space! There’s a $75 per night pet fee, and any damage caused by pets will be the guest’s responsibility. We’re so glad to make room for your whole family — four-legged members included! Let us know when you make your reservation if you are planning to bring a pet along. Guest access Guests have access to house and the large lawn in the backyard. Other things to note Two parking spots are available for your convenience. The house is located off the main road in Owls Head. The neighborhood is remote, providing a restful atmosphere while still being close to all the action in nearby Rockland.
