Milam Ridge offers all of these experiences and more. The space Our 2BR 2 Bath property is situated on 1.5 stunning acres facing a steep back yard where all you can see from the deck looking out is woods, nature, trees. Bask in our spa, take a shower under the stars in our outdoor shower, and relax on bright covered deck. Cook inside or out with our outdoor kitchen and grill area or fully equipped kitchen. Comfy beds await you in the evening. The entire place is my creative wonderland. I have pushed my limits to be as creative as possible with my current knowledge and abilities to bring you a fun and quirky take on the traditional cabin. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I enjoyed laboring to create it. Guest access Guests have full access to the main cabin and everything therein except the 2 locked utility closets in the main bathroom and a few locked storage boxes throughout. Guests also have full use of the adjacent mini-cabin along with the adjoining deck and hot tub area. Guests are welcome to use the fire pit area and dog run/fenced yard and the areas of the yard around the fenced area. Our storage shed is off-limits as is the neighboring property to the south where a camping site is being constructed adjacent to the lower parking area. Other things to note We currently only allow bookings from guests aged 25 and over. Important: You will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi and purchase a damage waiver through them. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. The damage waiver will protect you in case of accidental damage of up to $500 during your stay. We ask that you complete the verification and waiver purchase within 24 hours of booking or 4 hours before arrival whichever is soonest depending on whether your booking is last minute or not. While Milam Ridge looks like a container home with its sleek steel cladding, it is not made from shipping containers. A pet fee of $85 for up to 2 dogs applies to all guests bringing up to 2 dogs.
