With plenty of common space to enjoy time with one another and ample room to find some quiet time from one another this home has everything you need. 30+ day rentals only at this time. The space The home has a bunk room with a twin trundle and sleeps three! The primary has a queen bed. In the front living room is a queen pull out and full futon. Outside you will find a fenced-in, large deck with grill, picnic table & extra seating perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Off the deck is a large backyard with a hammock and more additional seating. Our home is located on a quiet, paved street. Down the street, a 2 min walk, is our beautiful community landing where you will find a swing set, picnic tables, and sun loungers and access to our private dock….a perfect place for swimming and trying out those fishing skills! Guest access Whole home. For additional price, dock for rent as well. Other things to note No pets. No parties. *For 30+ day rentals, our boat dock can be added to your rental as well.
