Nestled in the heart of Wine Country, our home is located in a quiet, treed neighbourhood on Martindale Pond. Main St. takes you to heritage Port Dalhousie and its beach, harbour, restaurants, and piers. A separate entrance leads down to your private and spacious suite with 2 sleeping alcoves, kitchenette, and spa bathroom. Continental breakfast daily! We're more than happy to share insider advice with you on nearby Niagara-on-the-Lake, Niagara Falls, wineries, restaurants and nature trails. The space Our established home is a large bungalow in a comfortable, tranquil enclave of residences on a point of land jutting into Martindale Pond. One wing of the house is dedicated in the lower level to a large, private well-appointed suite for our guests with its own entrance. Modern in design, it is an expansive (about 1000 sq. ft./93 sq. metres) open-concept space with 2 sleeping alcoves, situated away from each other for privacy. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, 2 per alcove. A spacious and comfortable living/dining room zone includes a gas fireplace, TV, eating area, and a well-equipped kitchenette. Enjoy the large, spa-like bathroom with radiant heat flooring and laundry facilities. Attention has been given to sound-attenuation throughout. Ideal for couples, a fun friends' getaway, or a family with up to 2 children. Other things to note The suite has a digital lock on the exterior door and a privacy lock on the suite door. The closet under the stairs is for guests’ use - good for storing suitcases and larger items. We are bike-friendly! Bring your bicycles and we can store them safely in our garage.
