Private Family Oasis w/ Oceanview - Near Downtown

Nestled on a private hillside with breathtaking ocean views, this family-friendly retreat is just a 5-minute drive from the beautiful sandy Oceanside City Beach. As you step through the front door, you'll be immediately captivated by the open, sunlit living room, where natural light streams in through La Cantina sliding doors. Inside, you'll find an artistic touch with a large record collection and a retro record player adorning the living room wall. The home features two cozy front bedrooms, each outfitted with plush beds and hotel-quality linens. The master suite, located at the back of the house, is bathed in natural light from multiple angles, offering an ocean view and a stunning sunset view. On a clear day, Catalina Island can also be seen from the property! The backyard is a family's paradise, complete with various seating areas and games around the pool, ensuring fun for all ages. Adults can relax in the sun while keeping an eye on the kids as they enjoy the pool. Guest access There is a driveway that can hold 2 cars. If you have 3 please park the third on Carey road just to respect our neighbors parking spaces as we do have a tight cu-de-sac and people come home from work without their normal spot available. The main entrance to the property is on the left side of the house. We do have a tenant living in a separate detached studio below the main house. His entrance is on the right side of the property, he has a small walkway that will not be accessible to guests. You will see very little of him; he is quiet and you will hardly ever notice his presence. Other things to note Hot tub can be heated free of charge, we just ask for you to please turn it off when not in use. The pool can be heated but that is a $60 a day charge for the entire stay. Please let me know that you would like it heated 24hours in advanced to your checkin. December through March is $80 a day as gas fees in Oceanside are extremely high.
