Here’s what you need to know! • Open daily from 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM • Pool fee is ₱150 on regular days and ₱300 during holidays (local currency only) • Proper swimwear is required 😊 • Need pool towels? We can provide them for ₱150 each—just let us know before check-in so we can prepare them for you. 🎟️ How to get Pool Tickets: Pool passes are available at the Admin Payment Office located at the Basement Level (B Elevator) 🕒 Admin Office Hours: Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Sat: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM Sun/Holidays: Closed 📌 IMPORTANT: If you plan to swim on a Sunday or Holiday, please buy your tickets ahead of time as Admin office is closed on sundays. It's spacious and have a lot of sofas to entertain guests. - Please note: Visitors are not allowed inside unit. 🤫 Please keep noise low, especially before 8AM and after 9PM — our walls are friends with our neighbors too. 😊 🛏️ Take care of our linens and towels — they’re crisp white and hotel-quality! Please avoid using them to clean spills or wear them to the pool/playground. 🔁 In case of lost or stained items, the following will apply: Bath Towel – ₱400 Face Towel – ₱200 Pool Towel – ₱600 Duvet – ₱3,000 Duvet Cover – ₱1,500 Bed Sheet – ₱1,000 Pillow Cover – ₱300 🔌 Please return adaptor plugs to the cabinet after use. 💡 Any lost or broken items will be deducted to guests via Airbnb Payment System— we hope you understand. Please report to us immediately if there are any damages while during your stay. This'll help us give guests a fair price assessment of the damages. 🗑️ Trash Tips: Kindly dispose of garbage regularly at the Trash Area by the Stairwell (near hallway entrance). This helps us keep the space clean and pest-free. 🚭 Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the unit. If any signs of indoor smoking are detected, a ₱6,000 deep-cleaning fee will be charged to refresh all affected furniture and linens. 💛 Lastly… Please treat Luxe110B like your home away from home.
