This home is a treasured "Ford era home" meaning it was built when Henry Ford was living here and building the community of Richmond Hill. The location of this house is only minutes away from restaurants, shopping and local hardware store. I -95 is close and savannah is only 20 minutes away. Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield are close by as well as Gulfstream Aerospace corp. The space Miss Audrey offers 2 bedrooms, 3 beds as well as a pull out sofa with a full bed. A generous full bath including a tub shower combo. The primary bedroom offers a huge King size bed! There are two outdoor lounge spots. The screen porch has a bistro table and chairs and the front porch has two rockers, that are a guest favorite. There is a large living room for gathering as well as a separate dining room for family meals. The kitchen is fully equipped including a Keurig as well as a regular coffee pot. There is a full size washer and dryer in the home. Guest access Guest have access to entire house as well as the expansive yard.
