Wooden House, Vale do Capão (House 1)

Come and enjoy nature, mountains, rivers and waterfalls and stay with comfort and convenience in a very cozy house. The house hosts 1 couple. It is 650 meters, 10 minutes walk, from the village of Caeté-Açu (better known as Vale do Capão) and is located on the main street that connects the Village to Bomba. The house is situated on a plot of 8,000 m2, overlooking the mountains and with a small river in the background. There is plenty of green around, with garden, plants and trees. The space House with 52m2, with 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom, American kitchen and balcony in ‘L’ with hammock. House equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beauty of the Valley as if you were in your own home. American kitchen, integrated into the living room, equipped with all the necessary utensils for you to enjoy the stay and the small pleasures of life, such as a good wine. Wooden house brings warmth and insulates against the cold in winter. Balcony with hammock. Garden for contemplative walks. Access to the Capão River at the bottom of the land! There is no structure on the bank of the river, which is fully preserved. There is a fruit kitchen on the side, which is very convenient and is open until 8pm (except Sundays). There are 2 houses on the plot, one next to the other. I also live on the ground, in a little house downstairs. Guest access Guests will have access to all common areas (green space and river access). But it is worth mentioning that the river in this area is fully covered with trees, and the guest can bathe in the well, but there is no structure on the riverside, which is fully preserved. Laundry, however, is limited in use for guests. Other things to note Daily house cleaning maintenance is at the guest's expense. Extra cleaning, especially for long stays, can be arranged for a fee of R$100. The garbage is separated for correct disposal of waste and respect for nature. Therefore, we ask for the understanding of the guests to respect the rules for separating and placing the garbage in the places indicated. Transfers can be arranged. Request in advance, especially during holiday periods. A fee of R$150 will be charged as a security deposit for cleaning and housekeeping, at the time of the guest's check in. This amount will be refunded if the guest leaves the house organized: take out the garbage, leave the dishes clean, store the utensils in their proper places, leave the bed tidy, and the towels hanging in the bathroom and emptying the refrigerator and freezer.
