Wooden House, Vale do Capão (House 1)

Come and enjoy nature, mountains, rivers and waterfalls and stay in comfort and convenience, in a very cozy house. The little house accommodates 1 couple. It is 650 meters, a 10-minute walk, from the village of Caeté-Açu (better known as Vale do Capão) and is located on the main street that connects the village to Bomba. The house is situated on a plot of 8,000 m2, overlooking the mountains and with a small river in the background. It has plenty of greenery around it, with a garden, plants and trees. The space House with 52m2, with 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom, open kitchen and balcony in 'L' with hammock. House equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beauty of the Valley as if you were in your own home. American kitchen, integrated into the living room, equipped with all the necessary utensils for you to enjoy your stay and the small pleasures of life, such as a good wine. A wooden house brings warmth and insulates against the cold in winter. Balcony with hammock. Garden for contemplative walks. Access to the Capão River at the bottom of the property! There is no structure on the riverbank, which is totally preserved. There is a fruit stand on the next lot, which is very convenient and is open until 8 p.m. (except on Sundays). There are 2 houses on the property, one next to the other. I also live on the property, in a small house further down. Guest access Guests will have access to all common areas (green area and river access). But it is worth mentioning that the river in this area is completely covered with trees, and the guest can bathe in the well, but there is no structure on the riverbank, which is fully preserved. The laundry, however, is NOT for common use. Other things to note The daily cleaning of the house is the guest's responsibility. Extra cleaning, especially for long stays, can be arranged for a fee of R$150. Garbage is separated for proper disposal of waste and respect for nature. Therefore, we ask for the understanding of guests to respect the rules of separation and placement of garbage in the indicated places. Transfers can be arranged. Request in advance, especially during holiday periods. A fee of R$150 will be charged as a security deposit for cleaning and tidying the house at the time of the guest's check-in. This amount will be refunded if the guest leaves the house organized: take out the trash, leave the dishes clean, store the utensils in their proper places, and the towels hanging in the bathroom, do not leave food scraps in the cupboard or in the refrigerator/ freezer.
