The area used to be inhabited primarily by the working class, which is why the building stood out with its abundance of decorations and red bricks. In the building's three basement apartments, there used to live a shoemaker, a mason and a merchant of herbal medicine and their families. The apartment is newly renovated (2023) with a full kitchen (incl. all amenities), new bathroom with underfloor heating, and a dining area and living room with a television. It has two beds in a divided bedroom (4 people) and one children’s bedroom (1 child).
