Mountain happiness

Our newly renovated apartment in Königstein is located in the heart of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. The apartment is very centrally located. It is located on the fourth floor/top floor of an apartment building directly on the Elbe or the ferry/steam jetty not far from the train station. This as well as the ferry and steamboat dock, the fortress express, the amusement park, the climbing park, the boat and bike rental as well as the campsite are within walking distance of only a few minutes. The space The apartment has a view of the countryside on a wooded slope from all the windows. The apartment is friendly, freshly renovated on the top floor (attic) of our house. It has a shower room (small bathroom with shower, toilet, sink) as well as a bedroom with a large double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a French bed (140 x 200 cm), a living room with dining table and chairs, corner leather couch and another sleeping option (90 x 200 cm) as well as a small passage kitchen between the living room and bathroom. There is also a spacious hallway with a dresser, wardrobe and shoe storage. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave, convection stove with ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, mixer and all the utensils you need for cooking. Oil, vinegar, salt, spices and coffee are in stock. Cleaning agents are also provided. Soap, towels and linens are also available in the apartment. The apartment is ideal for two to four people, but 6 guests can easily stay there. Please note when booking that either four guests can sleep in the bedroom or two in the living room and two in the bedroom (when occupied by 4 people). When occupied by 6 people, 4 people sleep in the bedroom and 2 people in the living room, one of whom is a guest on the couch. Please only book the apartment if this room layout is right for you.
