Guest access When you arrive at the Condominium with your vehicle, you will have access to the automatic gate and can park in 01 uncovered parking space. Pedestrians have access through the pedestrian gate and can communicate through the intercom. The hall leading to the apartments is very welcoming and familiar, contributing to good conversations with neighbors, with night lighting, decorated with beautiful flowers and benches for good conversations. The Condominium has cameras focused on the external areas of the Condominium, facing the street, pedestrian and vehicle entrance, inside the Condominium focusing on the parking spaces and the hall leading to the apartments. Other things to note We are located on Boraceia Beach in Bertioga, and nearby we have several shops such as a bakery, wineries, restaurants, pharmacies, markets and a street market (every Saturday). Our location offers good walks on beautiful beaches to the north, such as Bora Bora Beach (with a beautiful sunset), Jureia Beach, Barra do Una, Juquehy, Camburi, Boiçucanga, among others. To the south, you can enjoy Itaguá Beach (and appreciate a beautiful sunrise), Guaratuba Beach, Riviera, among others.
