Nearby, the elegant 10-seat dining table awaits, inviting you to create unforgettable meals and moments with your loved ones. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, ensuring that preparing meals feels like a delightful breeze. For added convenience, the ground floor also features a half bathroom. The bedroom features a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), an open closet, a 43” TV, a mini fridge, and an en-suite bathroom with a standup shower. More specifically, the outdoor area features: - A private, 50 sq.m. swimming pool, 1.5 m deep with step access.
