Ideal for couples, families, or small groups of friends, it offers a peaceful, worry-free stay with all modern conveniences. Apartment Features: Capacity: The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests, with a cozy and well-furnished bedroom. The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the living area includes a sofa bed, suitable for both adults and children. Both rooms come with high-quality linens and spacious wardrobes. Modern Renovation: Recently renovated with quality materials, the apartment boasts an elegant and functional design, offering a warm and practical atmosphere. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a pleasant stay. Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including modern appliances such as an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, induction cooktop, coffee machine, and toaster. Guest access The booking includes the entire apartment, ensuring exclusive privacy and comfort throughout your stay. The apartment is perfect for couples, families, or small groups looking for a functional space, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the comforts of home. Guests will also enjoy exclusive access to the private garden, a fenced green area ideal for relaxing outdoors, dining al fresco during the warmer months, or letting pets play safely and freely. Before your arrival, you will receive all the necessary information to help you organize your check-in smoothly and enjoy a peaceful, worry-free stay. Among these, you will be sent a link to fill out with the personal details of all guests. It will also be necessary to upload a valid ID document for each guest, in compliance with current Italian regulations (ref. T.U.L.P.S. – Consolidated Law on Public Security). Specifically: Identity card for citizens of the European Union Passport for non-EU citizens This procedure is mandatory for registration with the relevant authorities and is intended to ensure the safety and legality of the stay. Access to the apartment is allowed exclusively to registered guests who have been properly reported to the competent authorities. To ensure the safety of guests and the property, an external surveillance camera is installed, monitoring the shared outdoor areas of the apartment. The presence of the camera is clearly signaled in accordance with privacy regulations. Please note that any illegal activity within the property will be immediately reported to the Judicial Authorities, in accordance with Italian law. The apartment is strictly intended for lawful use, in full respect of the applicable regulations and the rules of civil coexistence. Furthermore, any tampering with, damage to, or disabling of the surveillance camera constitutes a criminal offense under Article 635-quater of the Italian Penal Code, which punishes the damage or destruction of IT or electronic systems, including video surveillance equipment. Such actions will be prosecuted and reported to the relevant authorities. Other things to note Free condominium parking is available to guests, ensuring greater convenience and peace of mind during your stay. Please note that breakfast is not included in the offer, nor is food or beverage provided within the apartment.
