The space THE V Collection - Sormano Apartment Modern and Fully Equipped Apartment – Up to 3 People Located in the magnificent historic village of Sormano, between the charming cities of Como and Lecco and a short distance from picturesque Bellagio, our apartment, recently renovated in 2024, is the ideal choice for those who want a comfortable getaway, surrounded by nature, but still close to the main attractions of the area. Perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends, it offers a relaxing and carefree stay, with all modern comforts. Apartment Features: Capacity: The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people, thanks to a cozy and well-furnished bedroom. The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while in the living area there is a sofa bed, perfect for adults or children. Both rooms are equipped with high-quality linens and spacious closets. Modern Renovation: Newly renovated with high-quality materials, the apartment features an elegant and functional design, designed to offer a cozy and practical environment. Every detail has been taken care of to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay experience. Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, with modern appliances such as an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, induction cooktop, coffee machine and toaster. Bellagio offers stunning views of the lake, historic gardens, elegant boutiques, and fine restaurants, ideal for a day of exploration or a romantic dinner on the lake. Lake Como and Surroundings: In just 20 minutes you can reach Nesso, a charming village on the shores of Lake Como, where you can enjoy a day at the lake or explore the famous Orrido di Nesso waterfall. From here, you can also set off on boat trips, discovering the historic villas and gardens that line the lake. Como and Lecco: Both cities are easily accessible in about 30 minutes by car, offering museums, shopping and historic cafes, ideal for a walk along the lakefront or a cultural visit. Milan at Your Fingertips: If you want to visit a big city, Milan is only 45 minutes away, allowing you to enjoy its cultural attractions, fashion, and nightlife. Guest access The reservation refers to the entire apartment, ensuring exclusive privacy and comfort throughout the stay. The apartment is perfect for couples, families or small groups looking for a functional space, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the comforts to feel at home. In addition, guests can enjoy exclusive access to the private garden, a fenced green space ideal for relaxing outdoors, dining outside during the summer or letting their pets play in total safety. Before your arrival, you will receive all the information you need to better organize your check-in and enjoy a peaceful stay without any unforeseen events. Among these, you will be sent a link to fill in with the personal data of all guests. It will also be necessary to upload the required identity documents for each guest, in compliance with current Italian legislation (ref. T.U.L.P.S. – Consolidated Law on Public Security). In particular: Identity card for European Union citizens Passport for non-EU citizens This procedure is mandatory for registration with the competent authorities, and is aimed at ensuring the safety and legality of the stay. Access to the apartment is only allowed to registered guests who have been duly communicated to the authorities. To ensure the safety of guests and property, an external video surveillance camera is installed that monitors the common areas outside the apartment. The presence of the camera is reported in accordance with privacy legislation. Please note that any illegal activity within the facility will be immediately reported to the Judicial Authority, in accordance with Italian laws. The apartment is intended solely for legitimate use, in compliance with current legislation and the rules of civil coexistence. In addition, any tampering with, damage to, or deactivation of the video surveillance camera constitutes a crime under Article 635-quater of the Italian Criminal Code, which punishes damage to computer or telematic systems, including video surveillance systems. Such conduct will be prosecuted and reported to the competent authorities. Other things to note Free condominium parking is available for guests, to ensure greater comfort and tranquility during their stay. Please note that breakfast is not included in the offer, nor is there any provision of food or beverages inside the apartment. Guests will be able to use the mini bar available by paying with QR or the numerous dining options nearby or use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare their own meals.
