With four bedrooms, two kitchens, spacious living areas and a private garden, it’s perfect for family gatherings, groups of friends or multi-generational stays. The Space The property is arranged across two adjoining spaces, giving you flexibility for your group. The Coach House (3 floors) • Ground floor: private entrance hall. • First floor: expansive open-plan sitting/dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows and countryside views, plus a fully equipped kitchen. • Top floor: family bathroom (with shower-over-bath), one king bedroom (with optional single bed), and one double bedroom. The Stable Flat (first floor, single level) • One king bedroom, one twin bedroom. • Cosy sitting room with Smart TV. • Kitchen with dining table and full cooking facilities. • Bathroom with shower-over-bath and Austen Austen organic hand soap & moisturiser. • Private garden with outdoor seating Guest access Guests have full and private use of the entire Coach House and Stable Flat, including all four bedrooms, two bathrooms, both kitchens, sitting rooms, and the private garden. You’ll enter the property via exterior steps leading to the first floor. The space is completely self-contained and separate from our home next door, so you’ll have full privacy throughout your stay. The driveway is shared, but you’ll have a dedicated parking area just for you. In the garden, there’s an outdoor table with four chairs — perfect for morning coffee or relaxed evening drinks. Other things to note • Please note that entry is via exterior steps to the first floor, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. • The property is split across two adjoining areas (the Coach House and Stable Flat), connected internally via the dining area. • We provide complimentary tea and coffee. • The garden is private, with a table and four chairs for your use. • Our home is next door, so we’re nearby if needed — but you’ll have full privacy throughout your stay.
