Tucked away just on the outskirts of Wilmington. This newly renovated ground floor one bedroom apartment sits situated behind a horse pasture and features a queen sized bed, full bath and kitchenette area equipped with a washer/dryer and coffee bar. Our location is an easy drive to Downtown (9 mi) , UNCW (9.3 mi), Wrightsville Beach (11 mi) and the Cape Fear River (.5 mi). Please note: this is a multi unit airbnb, we ask that you be respectful of other guests on the property during your stay. The space Feel right at home in this cozy one bedroom, one bath apartment. Private key coded door entrance. Washer, dryer, mini fridge, microwave, Roku Tv in unit. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire downstairs apartment. You will not have access to other rental units on the property, or the fenced in backyard. Other things to note *To note* My husband suffers epilepsy after suffering traumatic brain injury as a result of a near death motorcycle accident. He utilizes CBD flower to curb his seizure breakthroughs. We have received a 4 star review in the past due to a lingering smell of CBD on the outside of our property (he uses this out on our back porch often). Please do not book if the smell of CBD outside will be an issue, anything less than 5 stars is debilitating for us. Please be considerate and conscious of noise for upper level units. There is a rental unit directly above this unit. Each unit is equipped with a sound machine to help drown out any unwanted noises but please be courteous and considerate. Please also reach out to me directly if there are any noise issues so that I may do any and everything in my power to resolve. Please consider when time to review that the host has little control over other guests on property during the time of their stay and that prior to booking the potential for other unit noise was heavily detailed.
