Guest access In addition to the guest rooms, there are two shared guest lounges. Shower rooms and bathrooms are located in the common area part of the building and are shared with other guests (there are no private shower and bathroom in the guest room). The two-storey townhouse building has guest rooms on the second floor and the shared lounge, shower rooms and bathrooms on the ground floor. This listing is for one bedroom in a guesthouse with four private bedrooms and shared facilities (guest lounges, shared showers and toilets). 2. As the accommodation has been renovated from a 120 year old traditional wooden building, the soundproofing is generally poor and guests may hear other guests, conversations and cars from outside in the bedrooms. Although we have a night noise policy for both rooms and common areas, we would appreciate your understanding at the time of booking and during your stay of this range of sounds which are difficult to avoid due to the layout of the building. 3. The hostel is closed for two hours between 12:00 and 14:00 for cleaning and lunch. During this period, guests staying for consecutive nights are not able to stay in the hotel or enter or leave the building. Also, it is not possible to drop off luggage before check-in or pick it up after check-out during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as we operate with a small number of staff and would ask for your understanding in advance. 4. The last check-in time is 6:00 pm. Check-in between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 500 yen per person. Check-in is not possible after 7:00 pm.
