Other things to note Facility Rules and Regulations • Shoes are not allowed inside the facility. • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the facility (as it causes the walls to turn yellow). • The use of paints, thinners, or any materials with strong odors is also prohibited. • The use of the facility for commercial photography or video recording is not allowed. • Please use the facility only with the number of guests registered at the time of booking. • Parties and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. • Please be mindful of the volume when using televisions, music players, or other devices. • Refrain from speaking loudly with windows open. • Especially between 10 PM and 6 AM, please keep noise levels low out of respect for our neighbors. • Please separate your trash into burnable waste, non-burnable waste, cans, bottles, and PET bottles and dispose of them in the designated bins. • The number of face towels and bath towels provided upon check-in is the only supply available. • There are no towel replacements, so please use the washing machine provided. • Check-in time: From 3:00 PM / Check-out time: By 11:00 AM Additional Charges Apply for the Following Violations • If the facility is stained with paint or strong odors, a special cleaning fee will be charged, along with a three-night accommodation fee for the period required to remove the smell. • Lost key fee: 15,000 JPY per key. • Special cleaning fee will be charged in case of indoor smoking, wearing shoes inside, vomiting, or any contamination requiring deep cleaning. • If noise complaints are received from neighbors due to excessive noise. • If check-out time is exceeded without prior notice. • If the actual number of guests differs from the reservation, an additional charge will apply for extra guests. • Do not turn off the breaker. • In winter, turning off the breaker will stop the central heating system, causing the water pipes to freeze and burst. • Do not use air conditioning in winter. • Using the air conditioner while it is snowing may cause snow to enter the outdoor unit, leading to malfunction. • If check-out is delayed, an additional charge of 1,000 JPY per hour will apply. • If there is excessive use of gas, water, electricity, or heating, an additional charge may be applied.
