The space The property consists of two independent houses, rented together, with a private swimming pool of 20 square meters surrounded by a large loggia with barbecue area, ideal for outdoor dinners. In the main villa you will find a large living room with a kitchen, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one complete with a toilet and shower, the other only with a toilet and laundry), as well as a terrace of about 20 square meters with sea views and equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The smaller house, with independent access, consists of a living room with a kitchen and sofa bed, a double bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with a shower. The Villa is furnished and equipped with all amenities with air conditioning in every room. The two kitchens are equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer. The property is completed by two outdoor showers with hot water and two reserved parking spaces in the private garden. From the garden you can access the house via a staircase. A second entrance is exclusively pedestrian and also from here you can access the Villa via a staircase. The location is one of the most exclusive aspects of the Villa, the beautiful beach of Cala Sinzias is only 300 meters away. On the beach you can reserve sun loungers and parasols and there are several bars and restaurants with excellent service. The nearest supermarket is about 2 km away, for all other services you have to get to Costa Rey about 6 km away or Villasimius about 10 km away. Therefore, the use of a car is recommended. Guest access The Villa has a driveway access to be able to park cars in the private garden (1 parking space). From the garden you can access the house through a flight of stairs.
