The house is located in the heart of Cazaux, pleasant and bright with its large wooded garden to relax after a day by Lake Cazaux. You will have access to the excellent bakery in 5 minutes' walk, or the delicious chickens of "Ma Poulette" just around the corner! And don't forget your appointment under the hall every Tuesday morning for the weekly market. Guest access The entire Caza is at your disposal. You can reach the beaches of the lake on foot in 20 minutes or by bike in 5 minutes. The majestic Dune du Pilat is accessible in 20 minutes by car, the ocean beaches in 30 minutes. Also by car: the zoo in 5 minutes, the shopping area of La Teste in 10 minutes, the amusement parks of Gujan Mestras in 15 minutes. And to taste oysters on the edge of the Basin, allow 10 to 15 minutes. Other things to note The house has just been renovated, as well as the land.
