No pets allowed. The space Residenza 39 is an apartment built in 2024, thoughtfully furnished. It is located on the second floor with an elevator, the kitchen is equipped with dishes and everything you need to cook. From the balcony you can admire the Sanctuary of the Madonna di Tirano. The apartment is also equipped with independent underfloor heating and cooling. Skylight and windows have shutters and/or blackout curtains. The accommodation is equipped with a wifi network, smart TV with Netflix, and a room with a washing machine, drying rack, and iron. Two men's/women's bicycles with child seats and helmets are available free of charge upon payment of a security deposit. At the service of guests there is a private covered garage and also a reserved outdoor parking lot.
