Peaceful newly remodeled rustic country farm house, our 3 BR home is located just outside historic Hendersonville, we are 10-15 minutes from hiking, apple houses, breweries, restaurants, wineries and shops in Downtown Hendersonville. It is also just a 40 min drive to the beautiful Biltmore House in Asheville. 10 acres lets you enjoy peace and quiet while still having the convenience of being close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping in town. Let our family farm be your home away from home The space Before guests arrive, our home is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized for your health and safety. All laundry is professionally laundered. Built in the 1960’s this rustic country home offers 3 Bedrooms and 1 bathroom, all newly renovated. 2 Queen beds and 1 Full size bed to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. The bathroom offers a spacious walk in shower and a soaking tub to relax. Featuring a game room with a TV, air hockey table, board and card games. 3 person Therapeutic Hot tub on the back porch to lay in and relax. Enjoy the huge backyard where the kids can swing, play kickball or just run some energy off and make s’mores over the fire pit. Full kitchen with dishwasher, stove and fridge. Laundry room with a washer and dryer and living room with 43 in smart tv that leads to the most peaceful front porch to sit on you may ever find. Dining room overlooks the gorgeous front yard. There is a small creek at the bottom of the property just a short walk, no vehicles permitted past the parking area at the house. Enjoy the wildlife and our friendly goats and pig while you stay! Guest access Guests have the house to themselves, there is a garage and a basement that is owner accessible only, half basement is locked from the inside and you can’t access the basement from the outside, only has furnace for heat pump. Owners have a camper located on the property but it is only stored on the property. Other things to note 3 BR 1 BA that sits on 10 acres. This is a working farm so please excuse us as the landscape and animal additions are still in progress. We are over everyday to feed and water the critters. Current walking to the creek is not available until tree crew is through in the bottom. Lake Lure and Chimney Rock State Park are open and welcoming visitors! You will need to check on the gps to see the route open as the one through Bat Cave is still closed. Takes a little longer but totally worth it.
