Welcome to our fully restored 1920s bungalow, where vintage charm meets modern style & an elevated OSU vibe! With 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens), ceiling fans, 55” LG SmartTV, fast WiFi, dedicated workspace, and fully fenced backyard with cozy patio seating and string lights, the cottage is designed for comfort — including amenities for your four-legged travel companions. Just a short walk to Stonecloud, Empire Slice, Hatch & Block 34 — home to game day events, live music, food trucks, & more! The space The house is 1,170 sf and has a great layout. None of the bedrooms share walls and are separated by other rooms, offering enhanced privacy. Most of the house has hardwood floors (2 bedrooms, living room, office/laundry) with rugs throughout. The kitchen is linoleum in vibrant oSu colors, the bathroom is tile and the 3rd bedroom is vinyl plank flooring. Lamps offer accent lighting and dimmers are throughout the home to set whatever mood is desired. The living area has two couches, a recliner and plenty of tables, lamps and blankets. The 55" LG TV has all the apps needed to stream your favorite shows or watch the big game, along with an Amazon - Echo Studio Smart Speaker with Dolby Atmos and Spatial Audio Processing Technology. The Smart Speaker can also be used stand-alone via Bluetooth to stream music, podcasts and live events from your device. Guest access There is full access to all rooms in the house and yard. The back bedroom closet is locked and not available for guest use. There are 2 other closets in the house used for storage that are only accessible to the hosts. Please note: the detached garage is not accessible to guests. Just a heads-up — our outdoor furniture is there for you to enjoy, but may be covered based on the season and current weather to keep it protected from the elements and our famous red dirt! The storm cellar is always unlocked and available—just in case Oklahoma wants to show off and be dramatic! This orange Jeep Wrangler is perfect for exploring Stillwater or rolling up to oSu events in style. Per Airbnb policy, we can’t share the Turo link before booking, but we’ll gladly provide full details and availability once your reservation is confirmed, including Cowgirl Way Cottage guest special pricing. We’re pet-friendly! The fully fenced yard is perfect for your well-behaved furry companions, so bring them to Stilly with you this time 🐶🐾 . The house includes two Alexa enabled devices. The Dolby surround sound speaker in the living room and a an Echo Spot in the back bedroom. These devices can be disabled if requested.
