The top floor has 2 bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen, dining room and living room with patio and beautiful distant sea views are also on the first floor. There is an outdoor braai area with covered parking. The property has ample space for family and friends. Sunsets, beach and braai! Guest access This house is split in two and you will have access to the top floor. The ground floor cannot be rented on its own and you will therefore still be the only guests at the property.
