While only 90 minutes from Boston, it feels like a true nature escape. At the quiet end of the Cove cul-de-sac (1-min walk from the cabin) find a private association beach with swimming dock shared by only ~20 homes. Contoocook Lake is clear and safe for swimming. It is also classified as a warm water fishery. The private park area includes picnic tables, bocce ball court, and horseshoe area. Perfect for a family day by the lake!
