Our one storey Apartment comes with modern unique design as you step into it’s closed living room which equipped with air-conditioner. An elegant glass door on the other side of the living room will allow you to bring in the summer vibe breeze of Bali once it is opened and leads you to the outdoor space. This Apartment features 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom in room. The room are conveniently located on the same floor which allows you to have more privacy. Our bedrooms will be definitely pampering and able to kick you back from your exhaustion after exploring the island. This modern 1 bedroom Apartment also come with a spacious kitchen which is equipped with storage and shelving that allows you to organize your food, beverages and ingredients during your stay. You can enjoy cooking your own favorite food when you don’t feel like to go to the restaurant. Chill and relax on the sunbeds by the pool and relish the tranquility of the Island of gods wrapped in a modern living that this Apartment has to offer. Our Apartment includes a dedicated Villa Manager who will be pleased to assist you with any other request and help you to organize private car with driver, scooter rentals, day trips, taxi, restaurant reservations, laundry, babysitters, yoga instructors, massage/spa therapist and more. NOTE: - No smoking inside the Apartment. - We provide daily cleaning services. - Towel and bedsheet changing twice a week. - For monthly rent, electricity is not included in the price. (The guests have to pay the electricity) - For the monthly rent, we require a deposit of 10% of the total amount which will be refunded after check-out. This is a multi-unit property with consistent amenities and interior quality across all units. Please note that individual unit layouts may vary slightly (such as the placement of the kitchen, sofa, or cabinetry). As a result, the listing photos may include more than one layout. Other things to note Early Arrivals and Late Departures: - If you expect to arrive early in the morning and would like an immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. For the early check-in we will try to accommodate you but we couldn’t guarantee, it is subject to the villa availability. - Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags in villa till the time you need go to the airport. For the late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that Bali is a tropical destination, so you may occasionally encounter insects or small wildlife, particularly near gardens and open-air areas. From time to time, this can include geckos, ants, butterflies, birds, and other insects, this is a normal part of island life and these visitors are generally harmless. If anything makes you uncomfortable during your stay, please let us know right away and we’ll be happy to assist.
