Large windows the entire length of the home allow natural light to flood the living space, providing stunning views of the river and the lush landscape outside. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, making it an ideal space for gathering with your loved ones. The kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The primary bedroom is a haven of tranquility, featuring a luxurious king-size bed and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. Its tasteful decor and plush bedding ensure a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom is equally inviting, with a comfortable queen-size bed and another flat-screen TV, providing a cozy space for additional guests. The walk-out basement serves as a spacious third bedroom, perfect for accommodating larger groups or families with children. This versatile area features a queen sofa sleeper and a twin-over-full bunk bed, providing ample sleeping arrangements. Kids will love having their own space to hang out, play games, and relax after a day of adventure. The lower level also includes a game room with a pool table and an Xbox with games, making it an ideal spot for family fun and entertainment.. Outside, the beauty of Turtle River Retreat continues with its scenic riverfront location. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the deck as you take in the serene views and listen to the soothing sounds of the water. Just steps from the back door you can go kayaking in the 2-person inflatable kayaks supplied on a rack outside the home. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities, including fishing, kayaking, and hiking, ensuring that there is something for everyone to enjoy. Turtle River Retreat is more than just a place to stay; it's a destination where cherished memories are made. From its luxurious amenities and cozy living spaces to its stunning natural surroundings, this home offers everything you need for a perfect escape. Come and experience the magic of Turtle River Retreat, where relaxation and adventure await. House Rules: During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing. We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. This policy applies to all animals. Non-compliance with either policy will result in a $300 fine. We greatly appreciate your cooperation and respect for our homes. Thank you for helping us provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests. We've recently added a hot tub which is not pictured, but unfortunately, it is not available to guests Also, do not forget to enjoy all the nearby amenities and activities including swimming, beach, fire pits, kayaking, kite flying, trail hiking/walking, bike riding trails, craft beer and wine tasting, zip lining, sky diving, glass blowing, and much more! Other things to note Must be 25 years of age to reserve a room. Payment When making a new reservation, a 50% deposit will be charged at booking time to hold your reservation. 14 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance of your reservation will be charged to the card we have on file. If you would prefer to use an alternate credit card, please call our office. If the arrival date is within 14 days of the date you are making the reservation, the full reservation amount will be due at booking time. Acceptable forms of payment are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cancellation & Refund Policies Reservations canceled 14 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund of the advance deposit. Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival date will forfeit the advance deposit. Some promotions, specials or packages may have modified cancellation polices. Please review the rate details, terms and conditions at the time of reservation. All cancellation charges are plus tax and applicable fees.
